So excited about me new 5270G
Apr 05, 2020,12:54 PM
I feel so fortunate to have bought this unworn 5270G this past week. It pains me to take it off at night! The brushed silver dial and black polished indeces and hands are exquisite. Very lucky to have the -001 variant with no chin and no tachometer which I believe has the most balanced and well proportioned dial. I am just smitten with it. I only wish I had this back on 29 Feb.

I looked long and hard , at different Pateks ,before I bought mine. I remember when my AD called me to tell me it was in. Myself and the 3 employees, just stared, and passed it around for 20 minutes. It is truly one of the most beautiful watches I’ve ever...
Absolutely lovely.

Really love this first series 5270. The dial is a chameleon. Enjoy it!
Congratulations

It’s a great piece and indeed “no chin no tachy” is the cleanest dial of that series.
Considering 5270G and 5970G

It was said when the 5970 came out that it looks impressive. It does and I still think so. But, though collectors like the 5970 for the rarity of its discontinued movement, I have to say the 5270G looks better. Eric Von Schonberg
Congrats, nice watch!

But without Bentley Logo the post would appear more likeable to me
