as all the iterations before it. The problem may have stemmed form the problems with the retrograde calendar hand getting stuck on the early 50s series which PP corrected. The 54 series, even though only 39.5mm, wore like a 42mm watch and the sharp edged bezel was a ding magnet. I dinged mine on the edge, the R version, and the light reflections make it unwearable.
With all the excitement about the 3 new grand complication Pateks, did anyone notice or care, but me that at least for now 5496 is gone! đ˘đ

I tried it on some time ago and its proportions were great too. Really beautiful timepiece. But 5496 definitely wasnât popular. The majority isnât always right. đ Best, V.
