For me, i love white metal with black dial. For me, its what my eyes tell me I love. I guess the fact that many of my watches have this "set up" just confirms that. I think all "5" variations are pure winners. It is one of those references where each watch metal has a very specific personality that makes it appeal to owners in different ways. No losers amongst these. But for me.....i lovethe P. It completes my personal chrono trilogy and I am always drawn by the white metal/dark dial combination.

This is one of my absolute favorites from Patek.
I love its dimensions, case shape and dial layout. IMO, the sub-dials are much nicer than those of 5270. This 5970P with the in-house movement of 5270 would be a dream. Best, Volker

Great wrist presence and coolness to this piece. Legibility is probably the weak point but again, with this strapped on it is Patek time no matter what time or date it is!
