My first Nautilus and first PP: 5712/1A or 5712R
I have decided that I want to add a Patek to my collection and want to go for a Nautilus. I have decided for the 5712 range because the case is so thin and the caliber 240 movement with its micro rotor is very sexy.
Now the final question.....do I go for the steel or rose gold version.
The white gold, grey dial combo doesn't speak to me, as it kinda looks a bit dull. Too bad there is no blue dial-rose gold-blue alligator strap available....
Any thoughts or wrist shots from you guys are highly appreciated.

Best Nautilus is steel, blue dial and steel bracelet. I have four of that combi and will pick up two more this month. Best Kari

two answers....
first, i am fascinated by the accumulation of a specific reference....so that interests me in itself. second...regarding the Nautilus, I don't own a single one as its not a watch that appeals to me personally.
In other words you mean
from 3700-001 to 3700-011. The main difference is the change of the bracelet and from 3712 to 5712. There are a lot of differences the main being in my opinion from 2-parts case to 3-parts case. Best, Kari

Rose gold
I may be in the minority here but I think the moon phase complication suits the RG better. The SS blue dial suits the 5980 or 5711.
