Maybe a silly question but is it definitely a QC issue or could this be damage from shipping?
It seems hard to believe that a basic chrono function check didn't happen prior to the watch leaving the factory...
Same issue on my Duometre when it returned from service, chrono minutes dial wasn't resetting consistently (yet the chrono minutes hand reset perfectly đ¤ )
