Looks like they are pins and sleeves.
For that you need a block and a punch. In the interest of not scratching the watch, you might want a professional to do it, especially if it's brand new. You can definitely do it yourself, but you'll want to keep track of all the parts generated by the pins and be careful with any possible scratching. Hope this helps.
