It’s been in the bank vault lately because
I’m in the middle of building a house in a bordering state and am away from each house days at a time. Even though I have a great alarm system, great home safe, I am leaving most of my collection in 3 different banks in two different states until I finish this build and move in fully. It’s a giant pain, but every time I hear about someone’s watches being robbed from their house, I’m glad I have them fairly secured at banks. Eventually I’ll bring most back and the 5270G-001 will be back on the wrist 😁

The lugs are gorgeous and I like the concave bezel very much: nice to see the trees reflected in it, but your hand can be seen on the left: this you could maybe have avoided. The silver dial and blackened hands and indices are also very appealing. Thanks ...

My absolute grail would be either a Patek 5370 or a Datograph Triple Split (I'm a chronograph guy). Both are serious coin, however, and more than I'm willing to pay for a single watch at the moment. Oh well, someday. Cheers, Pieter
