It definitely doesn’t feel bigger
I’ll send some side-by-sides later, but the 5905 has very scalloped lugs such that it wears far smaller than a 42mm should.. the Rolexes are extremely chunky in terms of the lug width so they wear no smaller than this 5905 does. I’d even go so far as to say the Sub (not the Maxi case) wears a bit bigger than the 5905. But in terms of thickness, the 5905 is closer to my YMII, but that’s to be expected with any complicated piece.

It feels sublime on the wrist—wears smaller than a 42 should, IMO, and the bracelet is quite comfortable. I was expecting the bracelet to be the low point of the watch as Rolex tends to be considered the “king” in that regard but I actually find the Patek...

Absolutely—I am having a bit of trouble dialing in the perfect bracelet fit, but otherwise loving the bracelet.
