I tried the grey one

Congratulation!

I tried the grey on in the dealer yesterday, the reason it looks smaller than a normal 40" is, i guess, the white gold case is a little bigger than other ones, like 5140, with a 5140 on the wirst, it looks bigger than the 5205G

I loved the picture and the watch, but my friend suggests i go for a 5140 as that is more "patek" in her eyes, and it is just my second patek.

All in all, this is a very unique Patek and win lots of hearts of younger generation. Maybe I will go for as my third or 4th Patek, to change appetite

Tony, Thanks for this "in-the-field" review - the 5205 is a great watch and along with the 5960 remains in my "watches of interest" this year. I hope you are able to post more pictures as this remains a difficult piece to get at the moment with wrist shot...

Thanks for the review Tony! Enjoy your 5205. Honestly, the 5140G is a very impressive watch, I don't think that you should've gone for the 5960P instead of the 5140G.
