Tony, Thanks for this "in-the-field" review - the 5205 is a great watch and along with the 5960 remains in my "watches of interest" this year. I hope you are able to post more pictures as this remains a difficult piece to get at the moment with wrist shot... 

I also like the wristshot, it gives a good idea on what you mean by it sitting high. Seems to be a great piece. Best Andreas

Thanks for the review Tony! Enjoy your 5205. Honestly, the 5140G is a very impressive watch, I don't think that you should've gone for the 5960P instead of the 5140G.

Congratulation! I tried the grey on in the dealer yesterday, the reason it looks smaller than a normal 40" is, i guess, the white gold case is a little bigger than other ones, like 5140, with a 5140 on the wirst, it looks bigger than the 5205G I loved the...

a great story!!.. my favorite part was about you had to sell your FP Journe to acquire this Patek... i hold FPJ in very high regard but that just shows the love and respect people have for Patek.. so cheers & congrats!
