i'll accept it as your point of view that those designs are pieces of art. for me they just remain kitsch (some better than others), very well executed though, from an artisanal point of view.

They're nice. I'd rather hire the enamel artist for something personally special and sentimental.

as those motives are not copies of known art pieces I would disagree even when we do not know the originator (except PP as a firm)
we also consider e.g. Egyptian sculptures as art to my knowledge. And kitsch is nothing else than a degrading description (or even adjective kitschig) of art.
