Well, it depends. The problem with platinum is that I don't like this metal on big watches. It adds too much weight, but here it is perfect.

A dream for me. The 5970 is my favorite Patek...would be hard choosing between this black dial and the silver dial version.

Same dilemma. I wouldn't complain if I could " score " a G. But if I had the choice and the possibility, then the P.

The P is special for its rarity, black dial and platinum case. The G is so very versatile.

Well, I exclude rarity, because it doesn't really matter for me, the character of the watch is more important to me. And the addition of strength of the black dial pleases me a bit more, as well as the density of the platinum case.

I still think I would go G. A dilemma I wish I could have in reality.

A superb dilemma, and the good thing is that you can't go wrong with any of them.

Indeed what a grail.

You can't go wrong with a reference such as the 3970, which is hyper elegant. The 5970 has a different case not only size wise, but also the lugs.
