I agree that in your case, it will be a big mistake....
but for Mostel, the only 'regret' or 'mistake' is not be able to see it in metal and decide.
Not everyone fits or likes black dial, so if it's the color that intrigued Mostel, he will already jump on it , just like you

I would have to agree with you as far as the "looks" of the piece goes. Not one of my favorite Pateks. It does not "sing" to me. Although they are hard to get, passing on something that does not make you happy is wisdom. Just my 2ยข... Aloha, Bob
