PP is doing thr same mistake that AP has already done, the production is focused on one model only. IMHO

(1) PP are not making a big deal of this particular anniversary. (2) there will be a couple of "specials", any day now. (3) they are very much conscious of Naut dominating the brand so production is deliberately capped, even if that means reducing revenue... 

There will be no launching of the two new Nautilus in mid October. Those are quietly distributed to the lucky ones during the 12 months to come. Best, Kari

I support Patek with their choice to keep the fortieth anniversary unpretentious. This watch is so popular that every year is a big birthday for it. It looks that the love for Nautilus is going to continue for many long years to come. Owning a watch from ...

Like someone else said, every nautilus is something to celebrate and I'm not expecting any ground breaking new anniversary piece from PP that will make me do backward flips. It will be nice... Patek nice.

My selfish dream is that I do not like the watches too much because I have already too many watches including 6 Nautilus. Best, Kari

Has anyone calculated how much a platinum Nautilus on a platinum bracelet would weigh???

I'm not (very) excited about platinum Nautilus and the same applies to platinum Rolex. Both watches are sporting watches and there are better materials for such a watch - as examples steel and titanium. But if Patek would make a platinum QP with a strap, ... 

And your post got me thinking that we haven\'t had an "advanced research" piece for some time. The sportiness of the Nautilus would suit something a bit radical.

Not too long ago a Patek employee said to me that the Advanced Research program is not finished yet. I would love to get company for my 5450P & 5550P. Perhaps 5750P? Best, Kari

First of all, it's perhaps rude to say but Patek promised to reserve me both if I want. But the real issue is that if the watches circulating in internet are real, I am shocked! They are in my opinion tasteless and ugly. Best, Kari

My QP is two years old. I have been wearing it less than a week and now the movement is changed and AP is testing the watch. Best, Kari

I wish for a platinum 5980, on a platinum bracelet, and that I'd have the contacts to land it. The probabilities of unlikely, independent events are multiplied, so by my calculations the odds are 0.01 x 0.01 x 0.01=0.000001 or a 1 in a million chance of b...

By now, I expect 1 or 2 limited models in white gold (if 2, I expect 1 being the 5711/1G-001 and the other one a completely new model). They would be smart to "limit" the limited models at 40 pieces each. As for regular production: Total discontinuation o... 

But I hope a 5712 white dial or 5712 in platinum... A perpetual is the best for me....It could drive me crazy, because I love my 5726 Regards

5990 in Titanium with a deep ruby red dial, or a white dial with ruby baguette hour index. Ruby red for the 40th...
