Nautilus chrono, colored gold, on a formal British wedding party! Hope the Queen did not see this. A day and a woman like this deserve the most formal Calatrava without date. P.

According to etiquette one should not wear a (wrist)watch at all when in black/white tie.

Why does anyone feel it is their right to denigrate the taste or style of someone else? We are all different, right? Taste is a subjective issue, right? So why are we seeing more and more comments on this forum where people think it is acceptable to state...

I wanted to show that subjective taste is not the only thing to be considered when you make your choices. A bulky, ostentatious golden watch is certainly a less inappropriate choice compared to wearing the attire I happened to describe Kind regards anaesd...

For the young prince, his sporty piece is totally acceptable since it has high sentimental value. It's apparent that the Omega is his "one watch" (at least in public).
