Great looking watch!
I believe this was made in a series of ~500 (but Patek never confirms this of course) for the Asian market in the late 1990s. Definitely more rare than the standard run of 3919J and 3919G, but 500 for any Patek is not ultra rare to be honest.
Ref: 3919SG-001. White gold case, Cal 215, display back, white porcelain dial, applied roman numerals, small seconds at 6 on a strap with white gold buckle. Yours seems to check out with the movement picture and the applied romans.
