"see through skeleton back" I guess you mean sapphire back. There have been some with and some without.
"The numbers and marks ..." I have seen at least three different dials/indexes and a picture would be helpful.

I believe this was made in a series of ~500 (but Patek never confirms this of course) for the Asian market in the late 1990s. Definitely more rare than the standard run of 3919J and 3919G, but 500 for any Patek is not ultra rare to be honest. Ref: 3919SG-...
