However I sure like the way this one looks on your black faced Patek, simply stunning

I find the 6000 to be very cool! It's atypical. But still cool! This was going to be my first Patek Philippe, until somehow I changed my mind at the last minute and got a sports watch instead. But the 6000G is still one of my favorites!
Yes indeed! The design was supposedly inspired by a car instrument cluster!
Nobody from Patek Philippe has officially told me this, but I heard this rumor from multiple sources.

Thanks! Yes it is unique in Patek I think, with its slight sporty feel emulating a classic sports car dial. It’s date highlighted by the red moon is also unique. Loved it when I was looking for a first Calatrava. Thanks Gatsby
