Very much in agreement Miles, the whole 5196 lineup was discontinued earlier this year to keep making room for the "new generation" Calatrava models, but it is arguably an important Patek reference (very popular here, especially in its P iteration! ;-)

The app went mad and put up a picture of my friend after many beers so could have been worse 😜. I would like to use my original account. I have had a security issue recently with cyber fraud so hope it was not anything to do with that. M.

Ive been informed its likely approx 400-500 or so made in platinum, but honestly I can’t confirm that
Wow this info of 400-500 pieces of 5196 platinum over 2004-2021 is new to me
This makes me love more this piece, which I am fortunate to collect it from AD. It was the only one delivered to my my AD since its opening in 2018.
