Patek Philippe

Dinner with Mr. Larry Pettinelli, President of Patek Philippe North America (HSWA)

Just over a week ago I was fortunate to be invited by my Patek Philippe AD to a wonderful dinner where the
guest of honor was Mr. Larry Pettinelli, President of Patek Philippe North America (HSWA).
Also present was Samantha Woods, who is in charge of marketing and advertising.

Driving down to see my favorite Patek Philippe AD.. It's getting late....gotta 'step on the gas' ;--)
Almost 3 hour drive after I left the office earlier, but I made it with almost 15 minutes to spare

As you can see, my AD's selection that was setup in a local Beach Club was spectacular (I have personally
never seen that many Patek watches in any AD before .....70+ pieces !!)
Many perpetual and annual calendars, gondolos, Clatravas, great ladies selection, some popular pieces such as 5135, 5146,
all 4 5130a, 5712s, 5711, 5167, 5960P.....but the 5070P was the crown jewel and it just had to go on my wrist to be
tried out. What was pretty remarkable was that this was all their own stock - Patek USA (HSWA) did not ship any
watches specifically for this event.

Mr. Larry Pettinelli is 2nd from left - pictured here with my AD and his staff.

(yours truly and my better half)

As you can see, the amount of nice watches to play with was pretty amazing.

My AD's favorite sales person and by now a good friend: Janos

Larry Pettinelli, President of Patek Philippe USA signing the book "Patek Philippe in America" by John Reardon

Not only some great watches were on hand and to be played with, we were treated to a first class dinner
as well as questions / answer session with Mr. Pettinelli. He was very patient and informative answering many
questions from the eager crowd. At the end of the night he was also very kind to sign the book that I brought
with me: "Patek Philippe in America" by John Reardon. I thought it was only fitting as I had the book already
signed by the author and now it got also signed by the president of Patek Philippe USA.

BTW, I had a nice conversation with him discussing HSWA's as well as Patek
Geneva's thoughts about various Internet Patek forums.

Everyone in attendance also received a nice 'goody bag'. As you can see I took an opportunity to use the
nice porcelain piece as a prop for my last two pictures of 5135R that I took last night.

I would like to thank my Authorized Patek Philippe dealer as well as Henri Stern Watch Agency (Patek Philippe USA)
for organizing this great event for their local customers and watch aficionados.

THANK YOU !!
