The inclusion of the quadrant lines, as well as rotating the leap year numbers, were modifications made to the 3940 (and the 3941), after the first series. This didn’t last long with the 3941, because during the second series it was discontinued.

I had a chance to acquire one, but did not act quickly enough. Very happy with what I have. They’re all so beautiful, specially by the lake.

Both New York and Switzerland had opinions on what needed to be done. Nothing too serious, so we were able to take our time on the final work order. The watch now feels, looks, and works much better.
