Looks kind of similar to the 3940 London edition that came with Salmon dial and WG case. So my guess is some kind of 3940 very limited edition???
I bet it is then a special edition 3940 as has already been suggested by Mr.M Whatever iit is , it is very special. Looks amazing.

Read “swiss “ at 6 o’clock?. All 3940 and 5140 that I know of have this word on the dial.
