Here is what I found out from my papers:
On the certificate of origin:
- Reference: 3919SG-001
- Movement: 1868011/4081062
- Calibre: 215
And on the bill of sale the description is: 3919SWG
How do we find out how many of these were made.
And if it is pretty rare, should I think about selling it?

I believe this was made in a series of ~500 (but Patek never confirms this of course) for the Asian market in the late 1990s. Definitely more rare than the standard run of 3919J and 3919G, but 500 for any Patek is not ultra rare to be honest. Ref: 3919SG-...
