That is a great looking watch.
I must admit I don't really know a lot about this brand but from what I have seen they seem to make very nice watches with great finishing and movements. most of the ones I have seen are quite unique but with this one if you put a Breguet label on the dial I don't think anyone would question it. Saying that in no way means it isn't a beautiful watch just that it looks a lot like a Breguet IMO.

Michel Parmigiani is a major watchmaker

In some variants, day & months have been placed
together with a smaller date arch going from 9 to 3 o'clock. Here are two platinum examples (but I personally prefer the wider date arch, going from 8 to 4 o'clock): credit: phillips (1) & Sotheby's (2) ...
I prefer this second version with the day and month apertures positioned at the perimeter of the dial.
The other version I prefer positions the day and month apertures in a vertical orientation. I also like the legibility of the date numerals on this version which are pushed out further to the perimeter of the dial. Photo from Class Watches Thanks for brin...
