I'm a huge PF fanboy but the Cartier in this instance is the better choice, especially if your wife is smitten by it.

Also consider without the diamonds. Nothing worse than one popping out.

They're two completely different things so I'd say its a matter of how she uses a watch.

The Pramigiani seems more everyday (versatile?) than the Cartier. But if she's been wearing the Parm and is no longer satisfied I'm sure everybody here can relate. Personally I'd go Cartier. Another excellent possibility for her.... https://www.fratellowa...  

For me, the PF Kalpa is more original

and interesting than the Cartier. It has a wonderful guilloché dial. And a lot of details (hands, numerals, case design) that set it apart from most watches. But, of course, if your wife is tired of it or likes the Cartier better, that’s what really count...
