This morning we put the finishing touches on our Waterfront Dining Extrordinaire Weekend.
Crab Eggs Benedict
Clean out the meat from some of last night’s 5 Dungeness crabs
Poach a dozen eggs
Fresh peaches, blueberries, orange juice, English muffins, crabmeat (and some peanut butter cookies)
Assemble muffin, crab, egg, Hollandaise sauce, parsley

We are “on the water” in a 5th wheel and a camper plus a garage (my friend’s house is under construction), it’s not as luxurious as you might imagine. Our “home cooked” food is great though!
