Another option would be the racing strap made for the first generation of rattrapante Speedies about twenty years ago. They fit Professionals, but as can be seen in this photo . . .

. . . one of the fitted ends doesn't quite line up evenly because the strap was tailored to the dimensions of the rattrapante. Your enamel '57 is approximately a millimeter taller than a Professional, so it might be a perfect fit for this particular strap.
They're hard to find and expensive to boot, but there are suppliers in the UK with stocks of both racing straps and deployants.
