My new 3861 Speedmaster came with a nylon strap...
It also came with a deployant. Since this is my "daily beater" and I thought I wouldn't like it so I ordered black vintage style strap,
I wore my Speedy with the nylon strap and deployant and found it so comfortable that have yet to wear my new leather strap.

. . . is aesthetically dressier than a Professional, so a NATO might come off as overly casual.
Another option would be the racing strap made for the first generation of rattrapante Speedies about twenty years ago. They fit Professionals, but as can be seen in this photo . . .
. . . one of the fitted ends doesn't quite line up evenly because the strap was tailored to the dimensions of the rattrapante. Your enamel '57 is approximately a millimeter taller than a Professional, so it might be a perfect fit for this particular strap.
They're hard to find and expensive to boot, but there are suppliers in the UK with stocks of both racing straps and deployants.
