It's hard to lower prices but what he can do is introduce new lines with better value so it isn't seen as lowering prices. It's the only way to surviv, the air has gotten very thin at the top price points.

Agree with MANY replies on this thread. If only one other company smartly got new leadership. i sincerely hope Patek Philippe is paying attention here.
