You know that Blue is one of my fav color when it comes to dials.
Salmon, too. Like you, I would be happy to find a RO Jubilé with a slamon dial, just to do the pair.
But to answer you, yes, a Reverso Red ( or Blue?, Can you imagine a TTR 1931 with the blue dial of the latest GRUT Blue face? ) would make my day.

It is not an exhaustive list, but I also have to say that I wouldn't like to have all my watches with such colors.
Black or white dials are in majority in my colllection.

I agree on the GrUT face on the TTR..
but if you already own a TTR maybe for variety its good to have a GRUT.....

Blue is indeed a calm and nice color I Iike to.
Even if I don't like blue hands with every material (one of the reasons I finally sold my rose gold 1815) I must say those dials in blue are really appealing, also because they are unusual.
What you can do meanwhile is getting blue straps, it fits very well with many dials whether they are silver or white.
But to answer your question I think I'm a white/silver dial guy. Even if a black one can also be stunning.
Another blue which remains in your budget...
And the Dong Son from Peake-Marin with blue dial (no very impressive on pics but mustbe something in the metal):
But I guess my favorite would be a DB. But which one ?

But it looks great....as for the GaF,well...that is the bluest thing I ve ever seen.Stunning creations,with formidable attention to details,even if their size and presence is a bit too much for me(disregarding tthe price of course),but I suppose they play on a different level of appreciation.
