The rests of them look very "still".

We all know from bitter experience that, however a watch might look in 'real-life' photos or press releases, the true test is how it looks and feels 'in the metal' - and even then, sometimes, how it looks and feels beyond the walls of a boutique or an exhibition hall!
What your photographs demonstrate wonderfully well (thank you) is how valuable it is to understand the piece in its natural environment (i.e. on the wrist). Some pieces (which are impressive enough in 'still life') take on an entirely different 'presence' when worn, don't you think?
[p.s. - to answer your question: from the photos posted, the GP impressives aesthetically. You just know, though, don't you, that it would be a whole different vacation as soon as you strapped on the VC or PP....?]
Cheers,
pplater.
Great watches you picked out for this comparison. Hmmm I can't decide on which one I would choose, but I do know which ones are on the bottom of my list.
Surprisingly, all the 3 Richemont brands are at the bottom for me despite these 3 brands ranks high to me when compared to other brands. These 3 specific chronograph dial designs aren't my cup of tea.
The GP, AP, and Patek would be my top 3 in terms of look.
Cheers,
Anthony
I can't choose. They all have their pluses and minuses for me aesthetically or mechanically. I love the VC, GP, and JLC the best of the watches proposed in your post.
Cheers,
Daos
