Birthday Present
Hi All, looking for a watch for my father. He is not into watches and is very practical and not extravagant by nature- he is currently wearing a Quartz seiko that he can not change the date or the hour hand so would like to get him a mechanical replacement. Leaning towards a variant of seiko 5 or a Hamilton day date. Any other recommendations or specific references are more than welcome! Thanks

A week ago in Manhattan at the boutique. It was stunning. I am thinking about getting it for my son, or maybe even for me. Photos do not do the dial justice. Perfect size, manual wind, and stainless steel is a bonus to me.

Love this watch, a bit extravagant for him but not for me. Although my eyes are more on the night birch or the “bamboo” gmt is absolutely gorgeous in person

I think this will fit him perfectly. Came with a very nice black leather strap but opted to add a surprisingly nice oyster style bracelet as well
