This was a promotional watch not sold to the public. There are two known versions.
Not solid gold. But from around 1968 is. Something to do with the Aqua lung relationship in the US is what seems to be the story. You can catch a glimpse of the bracelet in the second picture closeup.
The dial is minty as I don't this it was with a diver but more like management or sales.
Speaking of regulateur, I was just reading about this when you posted...

I had a fun and practical Oris regulator diver and a super nice red dial Chronoswiss regulator that I should have kept. Now down to just one.... a big B&R pilot.
No, different. Never seen those two! Like them both but especially the 2nd one. Mine had their older (pre Aquis) diver case. It had a large dominant red minute hand. 1000m?

It was the first one with the huge red minute hand. Bought it at a local place at one of their great parties. Sold it to a friend a few days later for the same price
then wished I had kept it. He said it will be a great graduation present for his son, but he kept it for himself!
