The moon phase is adjusted by the crown, like a instant date wheel

This is cool. Who makes it? Any idea what the moon face is inspired by? It reminds me of George Melies’ “A Trip to the Moon” the first space sci fi film.

What size is this one? For me, the smaller (42mm case) is all my wrist can handle.
