I don't know the event but as far as I know, it is "end of series" edition
I read, 5 example is known and existing according to the owner of one of them.

London grand exhibition in 2015
I like the watch but I find off-center pushers around 6.20 off-putting. I don't understand why Patek can't make the pushers like Blancpain or do without pushers at all like many others do. [nt]

I do not think Patek informed the numbers of London pieces.
What I heard was "maximum 5 each".

Stunning "Vintage" 5970J
I don't think it is quite correct to say that these "vintage series" watches (such as this 5970J with brown dial) were produced for the London Exhibition, even though that is where they were first shown. Several were sold some years later. Or maybe 5 were originally produced for each reference for London, and a few more later. Patek has never confirmed production numbers, but it's probably more than 5 each.
Interesting comment on you saying likely more than....
5 in total !! Where did you hear this figure from ??
