I never understood why they did not come out with other model using the 10Hz movement...

Joking aside with the 10Hz label, this is one of the most accurate and beautiful movement out there. Why invent it and then not use it. To my knowledge they only did 2 models (7727 and a type XX) more then 10 years ago . Breguet, please re-introduce this movement in your collection!
I believe they are going to introduce their version of a Spring Drive in the coming years. So, there's a lot of stuff behind the scenes! I think the 10hz movements need a 41mm case.
Well, given that Pateks are machine finished at that level,

As has been discussed on this website a few times whose discussion I direct you to, then, at least by that standard, a hand-finished Breguet (and the anglage is indeed free of "chattering" marks) stands above! It's not a Lange or an FPJ, sure. The original A.L. Breguet didn't prioritize movement finishing either, although some late 19th and early to mid 20th century pocketwatches do show a high degree of finishing.
In the later 20th century and under the Hayeks, the basic standard of Breguet finishing starts with hand finishing and a demonstration of all the essential points of haute finishing...but just that--a restrained demonstration. Anglage is done the right way (unlike lower and mid-level Patek), but it's a bit on the narrow side, for example. Better a taste of the real deal, it seems to say. Finishing as a fetish comes at the higher end of the Breguet catalogue, but remains in the Breguet idiom of restraint.
I am enormously glad that this watch exists. Maybe I am too spoiled by Lange ... But even relative to GO or entry level Patek (or even the sister Blancpain) in my eyes the finishing looks sloppy in the couple of examples that I have had a chance to examine.
I agree, the dial is beautiful and very classic Breguet but it doesn't live up to the movement

I've been eyeing a 7727 for a while now but have been slow to pull the trigger maybe because I'm hoping to see if they do an update or offer the 10hz movement in another model. I would love to see the innovation of the 10hz movement reflected more on the dial side - maybe a large sweep seconds hand with a foudroyante or a slightly skeletonized dial so Breguet can show off the 10hz escapement. I don't mind the 10hz label on the dial aesthetically, I just think the fact that Breguet felt the need to have that label on the dial side means they know they didn't do a great job making it self evident in the dial design itself.
I think the guilloché, blued hands, design aesthetic, and history drew me in. The gray market factors allowed me to access Breguet in a way that I wouldn't have otherwise. A 5177bb with white grand feu dial is almost exactly what I would have pictured as a child if you had asked me then what a fine watch looked like.
