. . . you've got a quandary on your hands.  If it's meaningful to your folks, then having Omega service them is really the only option, especially considering the missing or dilapidated parts on your Dad's model - seconds hand, crown, and dial.  And when it comes to case restoration, there are relatively few watchmakers that can do a credible job other than Omega . . . most either don't have the necessary equipment or skills for the work.

It boils down to whether the pleasure of surprising your parents with refreshed Omegas justifies the considerable outlay.
