I need help in identifying this vintage Omega which my parents used to wear in the late 1970's early 1980's.
They managed to dig it up from the attic and I have to check if the local Dubai Omega boutique will offer servicing capabilities on the watch.

Looks like you have a pair of Omega Dynamic Geneve from the 1970s...
...Badly in need of some love!

. . . have sentimental value for your parents or yourself? If so, then sending them to Omega for overhaul might be justifiable. The cost, though, will be several multiples their market worth.
These Genève Dynamics are in long supply, and trade in good condition for less than $500. I believe they're early '70s production; your father's is a ref 166.108, with a cal 1022 movement.
Are there reliable independent watchmakers where you reside?

I wanted to ask about "value" of the watch, but I know we do t like to discuss this on the forum.
But what you said was what I was having on my mind.
Not much sentimental value, really - except perhaps my parents may like to wear their old watches after a gap of 30-35 years!
But not sure if the service cost will be worth the USD 500 these trade for.
I am based in Dubai and the only way for any watch enthusiast to get any repairs done is via the AD.
There isn't a SINGLE watch mechanic / service person / expert in Dubai.

Well, in that case . . .
. . . you've got a quandary on your hands. If it's meaningful to your folks, then having Omega service them is really the only option, especially considering the missing or dilapidated parts on your Dad's model - seconds hand, crown, and dial. And when it comes to case restoration, there are relatively few watchmakers that can do a credible job other than Omega . . . most either don't have the necessary equipment or skills for the work.
It boils down to whether the pleasure of surprising your parents with refreshed Omegas justifies the considerable outlay.
