Omega

The cal. 206

which was used in this timer did indeed have a Guillaume balance wheel and had 22 jewels plus the "luxury finish" typical of omega's chronometre movements.  The inventory number is printed on the dial and the timepiece belonged to the omega timing department for use in the olympics - in order to confirm this, the COA typically indicated delivery to a Swiss dealer right after the olympics ended.  Don't know if these were actually officially certified as chronometres but they had the typical chronometre finish; besides, these were owned by omega for use (and in some cases actually used) in the olympic games so I would argue a higher level of certification than the "Bulletin de Marche" could provide.

I am more than 2 years too late but it is indeed a beautiful piece which is currently IMO massively undervalued.  This is also pretty much the same movement (with the same rhodium plated finish) that was used in the limited edition reissue of the 1932 rattrapante chronograph pocket watch that used original previously undiscovered chronograph kits.
