.... as I understand it, it's more or less due to the customer, who required some sort of "officiallity" for the timekeeper.
It's a quite technical watch and used mainly for official timekeeping, so this seems quite appropriate.
I have no insights though, which specific orders were delivered with the bulletin......
Also, as I understand the situation, it's not that easy to receive a duplicate of the bulletin today (it was possible a few years ago though).
But may be a special request at Omega for this specific watch could shed some more light on this matter?
BTW, same applies for the "sister" model by Longines.....(re. bulletins...)

Hi Rikard, ....and it could well be worth a closer look. If I'm not mistaken this is one of the rarer examples with Guillaume balance wheel ! This and another detail make it very likely this was originally delivered with a "Bulletin de marche" of the Neuc...
