If I'm not mistaken this is one of the rarer examples with Guillaume balance wheel !
This and another detail make it very likely this was originally delivered with a
"Bulletin de marche" of the Neuchatel observatory. Or at least this specification was
capable and thought to be delivered with a Bulletin.
