Omega

That's one of the premier references to showcase . . .

. . . a cal 601 movement.  Derived from automatic cal 55x, manual winding cal 601 was installed mainly in relatively low-key references, with the SM 120 being one of the more collectible issues.

My Genève ref 137.001 . . .

. . . is the only Omega fitted with a cal 602, the chronometer-certified version of the 60x series.  It's the most accurate performer in my collection, running easily within a second per day over long stretches.

Whenever anyone asks my opinion of the best performing movement to search for in the world of vintage, my reply is any movement can be adjusted to perfection, but for the money, you can't go wrong with an Omega cal 60x.
