very recently after reading and inspired by the Graham's post on roll call for Speedies, eventually got my first Speedmaster which is also my first mechanical chronograph (my first chronograph was a quartz watch bought many years ago, but i still keep it ...

the size of this watch is 32mm. i also suspected the watch could be made for military use. i remember caseback of this kind was used for military watches made by Omega, especially those Cal.30T2 SC because of with additional space of inside caseback that ... 

Hi Your manual wind time only is classic. If you compare the movement plates to that of a 321 you will see that they are indeed related !! What is the case diameter in mm of yours ? From the pics it looks to be about 32 -33 mm ? I am guessing the movement...

it matters not whether it has a 321 or 861, the Speedy is an icon. i also like the Lemania selection. they made some superb watches in their day, the only one you miss that is very important in their line up is the 1 button military chronograph such as th...  

.... actually i did not miss the Lemania 1 button chrono... during the searching for Lemania, i found it there, but the price tag seems a bit out of my budget a chrono watch when comparing with a Omega 861. and most important thing is that i have just got... 

i dont think it is related Stefan. the chronostop is a very simple 60 second timer without even a stop function. you have to hold the button down to stop it, release the button and it resets to 0. the Lemania 1 button from the 50's is more sophisticated a...
