Your manual wind time only is classic. If you compare the movement plates to that of a 321 you will see that they are indeed related !!
What is the case diameter in mm of yours ? From the pics it looks to be about 32 -33 mm ? I am guessing the movement is 27mm in diameter.
I have a Czech Air Force issued manual wind.... need to get it out and take some photos ( next week as I am on holiday ).
