As one who loves the retro pilot style, I think Omega did a terrific job with this. Sadly, IMHO its small size and retro look affected the sales, and this one disappeared fairly quickly.

Small by today's standards, but there was an official range of ladies-sized Dynamic's I believe. The mens size were 42mm across and the ladies 29mm. This classic looks perfect on you, however. Andrew

I find the band on this one uncomfortable - the metal reinforcement is too big for me. I don't know if there are NOS bands that are completely soft. I guess the close up made the little blue one look like a full sized. Best, Ginger...
