Hello everyone. Watches come in all sizes and so do people. What size watches do you prefer ? Does it make a difference if the watch is on a bracelet or not? The follow up question and what is your wrist size ? What is your most comfortable watch ? For me... 

Hi Bill, I prefer straps as opposed to bracelets. The bracelets tend to pull the hair on my arm, and while I do have a couple watches with bracelets, they sit in the safe. I have a normal, I think, size wrist at about 7.25 inches and I really go not like ...

I would not wear anything that looks ridiculously large and expansive on my wrist like the AP Royal Oak Offshore (nothing wrong with that watch, of course, the problem is with the wrist size). My most comfortable watch would probably be the Seamaster Pro ... 

I have 6.6" wrists, but I'm also 6'2", so larger watches work fine within reason. Wrist shape has much to do with it. A flat wrist like mine gives the appearance of wider wrist. I lean lean towards smaller vintages, but I do own a 45.5 Planet Ocean as wel...

my wrist size but I like them between 40-42mm for elegant i.e suit piece and 44-47mm for sport i.e. casual. Sport definiteyl bracelet....elegant definitely strap. Have 55m piece and feel great with it :0) Damjan

Hi all, I have a very slim wrist at about 18 cm, so too large cases look ridiculous. I do not care about the size of a watch as my main theme in collecting is (very old) vintage. Collecting is more important to me than wearing all of them... so size does ...

I don't like the big, chunky cases. Smaller watches are less prone to the daily bumps and grinds. The size of this Seamaster seems perfect for my wrist size ....

Seamaster Pro chronometer diver's watch at 41mm, and the SMAT (old model, with the 2500 movement) at 39.2mm. These seem to be best. To each his own!

I have watches between 37-42mm. I like a watch on a strap, but I have to admit that a really well-crafted bracelet can make me change my mind. The one thing with straps is that when it's hot here I sometimes get heat rash on my wrist, which can be a bumme... 

A great question Bill. My wrist is approx 6.5in around. The 34-36mm size range suits my wrist well, also covers much of the 50s and 60s Omegas I like, though I currently have watches from 32mm to 42mm in my collection. It depends quite a bit on the watch ...  

I have 8.25 inch (210mm) wrists but I still like wearing smaller watches like my 22mm rectangular Omega T17 and my 34mm vintage Connies and Seamasters. However, I have a number of larger watches (39 - 42mm) and I feel that these suit me better. I suppose ... 

wrist around 7inches, my smallest watch is 26mm - classic VC and biggest is 60mm- pam 341 always prefer leather. occasionally bracelet, would be either Omega speedies or Rolex daytoina or submariner. best, Horo

Some watches wear bigger than others, of course, depending on bezel width, etc. I'd say that 36mm is my favorite size, though.

I've tried on the DeepSea and while I do own watches at 44mm and 45mm the DeepSea is just a monster on my wrists. It's not just the 43mm, it's the thickness of the case too.
