It has been many months now that I have hunted for my first vintage Omega. Well, strictly speaking I have owned a vintage Omega once before but that was some time ago and before I really became hooked by collecting watches. I have spent quite some time ev...

Welcome to the glorious Omega world. Now you need two Speedmaster. One, vintage, to placate your vintage love. Another, Co Axial, to mark your hours, with accuracy and, at the same time, as a homage to George Daniels. Cheers, Nilo

It looks in v. good condition. As you know, these RAF53 have a chronometer grade movement. A relatively humble watch with great pedigree, truly great movement, size, dial configuration and case. The latter two, in your case, seem truly great. Congratulati...

... and with a beautiful example you have found. I feel now ... it will be unavoidable your search for a vintage Speedy too. Or a 1940´s Chronometre... or some of the classic Sea Master 300 divers... or.... I have already found in Omega another interestin...

on your familiarity of watch colectors jargon, which I am just learning. It was more about me not folowing on the line of thought, and misanderstanding the comparision of Omega to Rolex, as well as I could not comprehend the stages . Now I see what you me...
