Ok, the plexy shows some craze, but it is relatively easy to solve. Alas, they become suite unaffordable... 

The kind of watch which make me seriously reduce my collection to get one.

That must have been a great time to be in the mil-watch world. I got into mil-watches a bit later (2006-ish) when prices had already inched up from those levels. I still consider getting one now and then, maybe issued during my birth-year, but I'm current...

Thanks. Expect to learn quite a bit here. BTW, both purchased by myself new, the 300 at the China Beach Exchange 11/69 and the 1680 at M/C Exchange in GTMO 12/71.
