Please explain why this re-edition piece is so hard to get? I was told by Omega HK Flagship store that office must receive the name of the acquirer before selling him/her the watch. Any significance behind this limited edition piece?

That ended very fast with many pieces on the hands of resellers that ask a premium price for it. Omega, wants somehow to assure that real customers get their CK2998 paying the real retail price. That is the cause for this minor bureaucracy, but is very mu...
Indeed... But yes, there is a markup; mostly between 15-20%, and there are some crazy outlyers.. ;))
But it\'s all depending, how much and how fast you want it.. Thus - see above- provide your personal details, to get on the list, AFAIK. Best, hs PS: I myself was lucky, got mine pretty early, and even with some discount by my standard AD..
There are 2 in the Collectors Market...
price is reasonable and ok if you consider how "hard" to get and the waiting time. Rgds Raymond

...this is probably one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, modern Omega to be released for a long time. I spoke to my AD and he told me that he had been allocated just one watch. Demand for the watch is way above supply, even with 2998 pieces being offered...
