with this Omega Spectre SM300 and since then, I’ve build a good relationship with my local boutique to start a small collection of Omega modern watches. I’m not into rusties so pls, no offense to our knowledgeable vintage collectors, you guys are brave as I always said.

It’s hard to choose a favorite because I try not to build redundancy in my watches.

Some movements may be same but the looks have to be different.

For this year’s Baselworld collection, I have not seen it in real so not sure if I will add any pieces.

I like the Apollo 8 but there is some similarity to my PCA Speedmaster. I also like the CK2998 but I already have the 2016 version. As for the 2 limited edition Seamaster 1948, I’m not sure if I need another time only watch....will see.

I’m thinking about the 2008 Alaska Project but prices has gone crazy and surprisingly to hear our Omega Chief Nilo actually sold his which leads me to ponder.

Omega is definitely doing a good job so I started to pay attention to the brand. I feel they are comparable to the crown brand now.

Do I need another Omega? I’m afraid the answer will be Yes 😜

Which one(s) do you like and why?

My first Omega.

OB did an awesome job finding this Silver Snoopy in 2015 as well so I bought the Ladymatic for my “boss” as an appreciation to the boutique.

These 3 came in 2016 and late 2017.

Finally the Trilogy set in 2018.

since I have limited funds and have to get approval from my “boss” 😂 The Ladymatic and the Moonphase are just regular series, not really important watches but I have to agree they are winners too. Thank you Nilo, your Omega collection is my inspiration. Rgds Raymond PS: your wife have great taste too 👍🏻
