The good thing in the world is that there are choices out there for everyone of us. Those who choose Omega at all is a minority! For the same money I believe the majority of people would just go and buy Rolex for various reasons.
Congratulations on acquiring this new Speedy. It is very clear from your photograph that the shafts for the pushers are solid and thicker than the regular Moonwatch. I think this partly explains the 100m water resistance over the 50m rating of regular Moonwatch.
